Plan details, output volumes, and pricing may change. We will notify active subscribers at least 14 days before any changes take effect.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes. TeamGrain will add taxes where required by law.
We offer a 7-day refund on first-time purchases if the Service has not been fully onboarded (i.e., no content has been published on your behalf). To request a refund, contact support@teamgrain.com within 7 days of your first payment.
After onboarding is complete or after 7 days — whichever comes first — payments are non-refundable.
To use TeamGrain effectively, you agree to:
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any input data, keywords, or product descriptions you provide to the platform.
Your content: Content generated by TeamGrain using your product data, keywords, and configurations belongs to you. You retain full ownership of all published materials.
Our platform: The TeamGrain platform, its methodology, algorithms, workflows, and infrastructure remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the platform.
Input data: By providing keywords, briefs, and account access, you grant TeamGrain a limited license to use this data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
You may not use TeamGrain to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
TeamGrain distributes content to third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.). We are not responsible for:

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:
Metrics provided on pages like Decision and ROI Calculator represent realistic ranges based on historical implementations and are not guarantees of future performance. Results depend on your niche, product quality, and CTA effectiveness.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamGrain shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to TeamGrain in the 30 days preceding the claim.
By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. In cases of non-payment or serious violations, termination may be immediate.
Upon termination, your access to the platform and generated content archive will be disabled. We recommend downloading any materials you wish to keep before cancelling.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform at least 14 days before changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where TeamGrain is registered.
